This advanced abdominal series is designed as a progression for those who have achieved good technique and muscle strength in beginner and intermediate classes. It layers exercises to build strength in the abdominal muscles. It is a quick workout which can be easily squeezed in around a busy lifestyle. This class begins with the use of sliders, if you do not have sliders you will still be able to perform the class just fine by sliding your feet on the floor or you may like to improvise and use socks, washers or paper plates to allow your feet to slide freely.
